Mrs. Russo

My name is Rebekah Russo, and I have been teaching 5th Grade at Penn Lincoln for 23 years.  I attended Altoona Area High School.  I furthered my education at Penn State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.  Once I was hired in Altoona, I earned my Masters degree from Saint Francis University in Educational Leadership and currently hold principal papers.
