About Me

My name is Delaney Hallinan, and I work with students, primarily in 3rd-5th grade, at Penn-Lincoln Elementary School. I have provided school-based services to elementary students in Pennsylvania since 2020, and in the Altoona Area School District since 2021. I earned my Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I have 5+ years of experience working with individuals with communication needs, including but not limited to those who present with AAC needs– and strengths! I am very enthusiastic about helping students and their communication partners(teachers, peers, school staff, and families) develop functional skills for meaningful interactions and strengthened connections across their everyday environments.
